i'm 14 and i do weight training

It sounds like you must be in Junior High...
I would contact your school's weight lifting instructor and find out when you can get into his class....and what does he suggest you do until you can get into it.

He'll probably say to keep active and eat good foods as often as possible....veggies, fruits & meats.

It's great that you want to be in great shape, because your body will be with you as long as you live....

Jogging is the best way to watch your weight and sculpt your body!After a few month try cardio-jogging....In time you will need only 30 min every day/3 times every week!Have fun and have a nice body&life!

Just make sure you don't strain yourself. Get plenty of rest. Drink lots of liquids and eat right. Lay low on junk food that is bad for you. Good luck.

im 14 to and i work out every day arms on monday legs tuesday take the day of wednesday thrusday arms friday legs and take the weekend off and im perfectly healthy

Watch your back and your knees. If you injure those you'll pay dearly for the rest of your life.

eat lots of meat, not artificial powders or tablets.. meat is a lot healthier, especially when considering that you're young
