Do you have any children or any pets...i would think to throw yourself into these other things and spend time going out with them or playing with them to try to keep you from going crazy!! Or i would find a brand new hobby!! This can be fun for you and help you realize positive qualities about yourself...good luck and i will pray for you and all the other women going thru the same thing!!
