your hair needs to be really wet to use it... use it when you just wash it.... also...not to be mean... but no frizz serum in the world will work unless your hair has been trimmed of all dead frizzy ends, and is well moisturized.
Pantene has an incredible new shampoo and conditioner line out there... its called the restoratives line, it helps deal with frizz... and it really does.... then use a bit of the serum when you have really wet hair, and blow dry with a round brush... your hair will look and feel like silk

Hate it!!!

I do not know if this will work for you, but here is how I tame frizzies...

1. Wash and Condition hair... Pantene Pro-V shampoo and conditioner is good...
2. Hair Mask for five mintues. Try the hairmask from Pantene or from Garnier Fructis.
3. Towel Dry Hair. Use the Pantene Pro-V Light Spray Conditioner/Detangler. Comb spray through hair.
4. Use either Garner Fructis Long and Strong treatment or Loreal Liss Extreme Perfecting Serum (see below)

5. Dry hair as usual. Style. Use TIGI Bed Head After Party Smoothing Cream to smooth hair down...

Hope this helps...

Well there is this stuff from Loreal, it's Studio line i think. Anyway, it's a frizz spray. My friend has really frizzy hair and she just does a few sprays (don't use too much, just 3-4 sprays total on top) and it works wonders.

They're good products but you have to be careful not to use too much, or else your hair will go from frizzy to greasy! A little goes a long way!
