highliting kit? (for hair) i heard about it somewhere but i dont know where i would get them? please help?

Walgreens, Wal-Mart any drug store would do. The only thing I would consider in your case, being of darker skin, be careful with the highlights, a few blond or red ones are fine. If it gets too much, you can start looking trashy and that's not the effect you want to achieve. You want to look fashionable and cool, If you do it yourself just take a few strands at a time.

Anywhere. Drug stores, Walmart, Kmart, Target, and beauty supply stores. There are lots of brands, but choose a reliable one. Like L'oreal or Clairol. I think that dark brown highlights would go nicely with your skin tone and eye color.

A very good place to go is a hair shop. Beauty supply store always have things of that nature. please don't go to wal-mart or target. You want find what your looking for (if your black b/c I am)
