People type like THIS ALL THE TIME. It makes the answerer seem like they are shouting it at the person. I find it really annoying.

it's starting to get on my last nerves cuz why do you have to type like THIS WHEN YOU CAN TYPE LIKE this, sheesh ppl theez days... i mean the only reason u should do it when ur really really mad, but other than that ughh that is so freakin' annoying!
i have to agree it does look like they're shouting at you just for one freakin' question. Aargh!

When people type in all caps, its considered to be shouting. So maybe they are just trying to get their point across or accidently hit the caps lock key.... Its happened to me a few times.

I don't find it annoying really. It seems to me that once someone told that writing in capitals means shouting and everybody now feels so. This is what they call netetiquette. I just haven't got used to that I think.
What annoys me is using too many punctuation marks like "this is annoying??!?!?!?!!?!?!?"

to answer the question, ye sit is, because when I started out, in a chat room 7 years ago, i was told that when one used CAPS it was shouting,typing normal was talking and to put it in * * is whispering.... * so tht is what i have to say* lol.

Yeah that is pretty annoying. Its not like theyre gonna get best answer for it, if they were I'd understand then lol... I hate when people text like that too.

Then tell them. Until then, you just need to relaxe and breath deep. Sometimes people think that will make you understand them better or let you know how important that thought is to them.

yeah me too...although it can be fun at times if you do it with a friend over some IM service, it's really funny at times too...then that could just be when it's like 2 in the morning and your dead tired, lol!

Yes, I hate it. It actually hurts my head, like people are screaming. And when people use all caps, and have bad spelling, well, you'd think one would be enough!
