it's best the father not interfer. I think to keep things sane between the son and his girlfriend, the dad needs to be mindful.
but he should also say a word to him about women he chooses to be with.

If the son's fiance is that jealous, he should get out while he can. Is he never supposed to go to a beach because a good looking girl might be on the beach at the same time in a bikini. Jealousy leads to cheating. Most of the time the jealous person is already cheating.
The girl should not be penalized for a no-confidence fiance.

As long as the son, or the newly employed cute girl are not flirting and there are boundaries in place then there should be no problem. Unfortunately, the son is going to be around othere women from now on he cannot run or close his eyes everytime he sees or is in the vicinity of a woman. I am sure his fiance does not do that when men are around. She had better learn to trust him now, if she does not their marriage will be doomed before it has even had a chance.

It is a common problem with many facets.
Is it fair to deny her a job for this reason?
There are problems with the son's relationship or this would not be a threat.
Who gets to decide who works at the shop?
The dad and son should go to mediation
to solve this.

I think the son needs to grow some balls and the father needs to have some nice young coffeegirls to look at while he works instead of his wuss son.
I'd lose the son and hire the chick, and see if she had a hot female friend to replace the son too.

i think the son's fiance should have no say in their business decisions. if he's not man enough to stand up to her, he should find a different job. if he is man enough, he should be able to find the courage to dump her. nobody needs that kind of person in his life. not to mention the girl who didn't do anything more than be young and hot and qualified for the job. unless there's more to this story than we're aware of, of course.

I think the son's fiancee should get over her petty jealously. If she is that mistrusting of him, perhaps they should not be engaged??? This girl who needs a job should not be turned away simply because some other girl would be jealous.

His wife is obviously very insecure. They need to talk about their problems before they get married- or they will get divorced- I mean really- he can't even work with females. that is just stupid
