Needs to know the guidelines on selling this products after i brew it. remember this is NOT drinking beer it's a COOKING beer.... I've been working on a few ideas and there turning out great... Just need to know a little more info.... After i put these spices and other recipes in the brew is it still conciderd beer or a sauce with beer in it ?????? This question is real important........ TY.

Just keep the alcohol in it below the legal limit for alcoholic products for starters then you can sell it in grocery stores etc. If higher alcohol then it must sell in the appropriate shops.

Since it is a cooking sauce anyhow just cook the alcohol out of it and then you will avoid all the laws concerning beer sales. Lable it with a "zero" alcohol content.

I am curious tho??? What is the purpose of cooking with beer rather than vinegar or wine? Beer without bubbles or alcohol is ?????? yellow salty water????

It's a spiced beer, which means you'd have to get a brewery license.

What about just boiling the wort down to a thick sauce and spicing it. Don't ferment it. This way, it would be a food.
