Hi im an ex Maryland Police Officer

You have to be 25 years of age. But some rental car places now except any valid driver as long as they have a major credit card. Good luck! The reason for the 25 years of age..it a insurance thing. When i turned 25 i cried and told everyone at the party..."Now im old enough to get a rental car" LOL!! true story.
