Because he wants to see if you're going to rush and call him which may be a sign that you're eager to speak with him. If you haven't been on good terms, don't call him back.

I've had several exes whom have used that urgent question excuse and after calling them back one or two days later, I learned that they just wanted to know if I was seeing someone else. Some also expected to get some action. Nope, once something is over, all things should cease.

Call him and ask what the quick question is, but if he starts to beat about the bush, tell him to call you back when he figures out what the question is, and hang up. (Just a thought).

Because he has a question? Call him and ask him, then you will know. It does no good asking questions and over analyzing everything. Just get straight to the point.

Well... popular to belief, I am psychic, but I won't tell you why he's calling. You need to call him back and ask him what his quick question is. If it's not what you want to hear, hang up on him. If it is, tell him your answer.

Knowing how guys are..and He's ur EX...He prolly wants to ask you a question regarding your past relationship..(needing advice) like "How was I in bed" or "What did I used to do to tick you off"...LOL He might try to make you jealous so he'll get the Ego Boost that "You still want him" Then again it could be the total opposite. MIND GAMES! LMAO GUYS ARE ASSES!!!!

I would not tell you to call because I don't know him or what his intentions are, but if you are not sure what to do, don't call back and if it is something important that he needs to know, I am sure he will call again.

He wants to know if you slept with the guy you're seeing now when you were with him.
