You have the option of staying with your old company or shop around for a new one. Something you have to consider is your overall health. If you are in poor health look at companies ( depending on the face amount of the policy) that due not require a physical or at least those that may put you in a pool of insurees that would try to keep your premiums down. If your in good health you can just ask for a quote on line and you will get offers by the hundreds. Your age to will have an effect on your premium as well. So if you can afford it you might want to consider a whole life policy where your premium wont go up and your policy wont expire.
