Cut down on the amount you eat and cut back on fatty foods, fried foods and salty foods. Otherwise eat pretty much the same as before. Try to lose weight at the same rate as you gained weight. If you gained 5# a month, lose no more than 5# a month. Any more than that will create cravings and cause you to binge. The exercise will certainly help you. There is no quick way. Good luck

The short answer is "Don't Diet". Dieting will help you lose weight, sure, but when you get off of the diet you will gain most and often all or more of the weight back. All diets fail, that's why there are so many of them out ther. Change your lifestyle. Eat four small meals with portions what will fit in the palm of your hand. Do this, with moderate exercise and you will do well. Good luck.

Eat a bit less, void carbs in the evenings, plenty of water. Don't do a very strict diet all of a sudden, your body will suffer. Start gradually and the fact that you will go to the gym helps. Try not to drink alcohol and fizzy drinks. Good luck.

I don't know that it is the quickest, but weight watchers is very effective (I lost 75 pounds and have kept it off for over a year). Also, it is easy-you really can eat anything you want just as long as you do it sensibly.

Check out sparkpeople.com. they have a lot of good tips and advice there! Also, drink at least a gallon of water every day, and cut out the soda, and sweets (and anything that says high fructose corn syrup on the label). Eat fruit, veggies, and lean meats, and the weight should come off and stay off. Good Luck!

I went on sure slim. It worked really well. You loose quite quickly in the begining so it keeps you at it. I've been off it now for 4 months and haven't put any weight back on.
