Tell him that you don't like it, and if he stops then good, if he doesn't have a talk with the guidance about it. He should stop, if not, then have your parents talk to him about it.

Usually when a teacher picks on you and you think they are "mean" really they just see potential in you and the more they pick on you the more you will learn.. If that makes sense..
Calling on you all the time will eventually get you to learn the answers or remember them better.
Mentioning your grades etc... making you notice them and knowing you can do better.
I saw this happen in my spanish class in high school. The teacher knew the guys in my class were jokesters or knew they would occupy themselves while in her class. So she made it a point from day one to always pick on the... You know by the end of the year they aced that class.

Hide a tape recorder in your bag, and record him when he starts picking on you.
Then let your parents listen to the tape. They will report the teacher to the principal, who will suspend the teacher, pending the results of an investigation.

Whenever she/he picks on you by asking questions make sure that you have studied ahead so that you know the answer. If she is just pinking on you because you have your head on a desk try not to do anyhting so she can pick on. Try to become one of her/his best students and maybe she/he will stop.

Talk to you parents about it!! He shouldnt pick on you but maybe you should talk to teacher too after class ask why he pick on you maybe he not even know he does it!! that happend to me one time!!

Either you a pain in the butt or he really likes you. He may be the kind of guy that if he doesn't pick on you, he doesn't like you. You may be one of the lucky ones. If not, go to him after class and ask him why he doesn't like you.

What are you doing to make him pick on you?
Maybe he knows that you don't know the answer and wants to help you be all that you can be and make a better life for yourself.

define picks on....my math teacher once tells everyone that during class it is her time and we cant goof off...our time was before after school and during lunch...so iasked her to figure out how much time shed owe me by the end of the year....since i spent hour and half night before on my time doing homework for her time ( only a hour long class) ....she sent me to office for insubordination..... insubordination = outsmarting lol

Pull him aside before or after class and tell him that you don't like it. Chance are he will stop after that, he isn't doing it to be mean, he is doing it because it is amusing, if you tell him it isn't amusing for you then he has to stop. Then if he doesn't stop go to your guidance counselor and possibly the main office.
