It depends on the country and the person.
1 Hola-hello
2 Habla (your name)-(your name) speaking
3 Helo-hello
4 Bueno-good

You would say (Bueno) when answering the phone and is the most common word used, but correctly speaking you would say (Hola).

There are different phone greetings in different countries, and perhaps in different regions of the same country. In Mexico City, the phone greeting I heard most often was "bueno".

If you're calling someones residence, its a casual "bueno", if its a business then its probably a more proper greeting, and in that case I don't know.
