I have just read this and I can not believe that the Saudi government is going against the teaching of the Quran and the prophet Mohammed (pbuh). How can they deny a woman a right to pray from the Kaaba. It is our right in Islam

The wahabi's have strayed so far that they are almost a new religon... Allah will one day liberate the Hijaz from their rule.. this is Allah's property and not Alsaud 's to issue decrees to satisfy their sick mentalities...

They are not denying women the right to pray from Kaaba. It is that women should not pray and bend down in front of men, The Kaaba is very crowded and although there is a special section for women it is not as close to the Kaaba as the mens section.
Especially during Ramadan and the Feasts this section is so crowded that it is difficult. I agree though that there is a lot of discrimination going on but I know that it is also a difficult thing to decide. They are going against tradition that has been in place for a long time.

They are not stopping from being a Muslim country at all. They are simply re-evaluating the various needs of the community from a safety and modesty perspective. Whether this is right or wrong is up to debate however there is no hint of no longe rbeing Muslim.

i'm Australian, and watch SBS international information, so i'm conscious of the decision between Mulsim women folk in Iran. yet another Islamic usa which does no longer get a lot coverage is Indonesia; many women folk there also positioned on "western" gown. although component of the rationalization for the way Muslim women folk are portrayed is propaganda, i imagine it is also in part in basic terms yet another party of well-known stereotyping. in case you believed television, travelling Australia is an really risky component to do; the completed usa is teeming with risky animals and creepy-crawlies that are all out to kill you! all of us say "Crikey" and gown like Crocodile Dundee, and there are kangaroos and koalas contained in the significant streets of our cities.

Well, it gets crowded sometimes, and somebody might have dont it with the protection of women in mind, but this is just silly.
Shouldnt be like this...
They usually let women come in when there are fewer people.
