I am a doctor of osteopathic medicine, a D.O.. In the US we are legally equivalent to M.D.s or medical doctors. You can see D.O.s in all branches of medicine practicing side by side with M.D.s.

I have found that you can not judge a physician by degree. There are good, better, best in all areas no matter where you went to medical school. What counts is how hard the physician works and studies and how much they care about the patient.

I don't think there is a valid response to your question because not many professionals would consider themselves to be second best.
