I tried to find the cloned recipe with no luck but there is a CPK cookbook that you can purchase from their website if you are really desperate for the exact one.
Here is a version that I like (although I don't know how closely it compares because I've never had it at CPK):
Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce
(“This sauce can be used as a dip, or as a sauce for fish or chicken. Taste and add additional seasoning, if necessary. Tomatillo sauce is usually spicy, so be prepared!”)
•1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
•1 tablespoon sour cream
•1 (7 ounce) can tomatillo salsa
•1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
•1 teaspoon celery salt
•1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
•2 teaspoons garlic powder
•1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
•1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1.Combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, pepper, celery salt, cumin, garlic powder, cilantro and lime juice in a blender or food processor.
2.Blend until smooth and creamy. Place in a serving bowl.

All they do is modify a bechamel or Alfredo sauce. It is actually very easy.
Use a small container of cream and bring to a boil with half a stick of butter. Once all is melted and simmering add some parmagianno or asiago cheese (about a handfull) and allow to melt.
Once incorporated add the juice of hal a lime and some finely chopped cilantro. Stir and spread on the pizza. Even better to dip bread sticks into.
