I don't think you ever really deal with, you just wake up to new days, and after time and after reminding yourself everything you need to do to get through it just comes natural. Just remember, "Smile, through your tears and sorrows, smile even though a tear may be ever so near, smile and just keep on trying, smile even though your heart is aching, smile even though it's breaking, smile and you may find tomorrow a better day, just smile." I have remembered that since I was a kid, and after saying it a million times and keeping hope for tomorrow I have come through many cloudy days.

You have to move on, just learn from your mistakes, that is how you grow in mind body and spirit, these things happen, the next relationship you will be wiser. It is hard at first, but time heals all pain, get out their and meet new people!

Get it over with and date the rebound guy and after that you will probably find someone and forget all about him, make sure you stay away from where he will be or you won't be able to get him out of your mind.

I don't... I'm sitting, crying, wondering why, probably till the rest of my life.. Time is not a good healer, if someone told you that he told you a big lie..

First you have got to take your time to grief

then distract yourself from thinking of him/her...do things you enjoy doing, go out with friends, keep yourself busy...You'll do fine:)
