Just from your question, on some level it seems as if you feel that you are.
Live a good life, be good to yourself and others, and you do not need to worry about being grotesque in any way.

No, don't tell anyone or anything make you feel like you are. Grotesqueness is subjective, meaning it's all in the eye of the beholder. Who cares what anybody else sees when you are just fine the way you are?
