It depends on the terms of your probation, but most likely you will, if it is illegal drugs you are taking.

It's been a while since I worked in California, but here's what I remember: It all depends on the conditions of your probation. If the offense you got in trouble for in the first place was drug or alcohol-related, I can chisel it in stone for you that passing drug tests is a condition of your probation. Doesn't matter if you were booked for assault, robbery, public indecency; whatever -- if you were on drugs at the time, staying clean is a must and one positive drug test sends you back to jail. Other than that, can't be 100% sure if you'd get a one-way trip to the lock-up or not.

Is this a serious question? Yes. It is a violation of probation. the same rule applies for parole. But it all depends if you have a cool PO and would let it go depending on if he/she likes your character or not. It really is up to them. But if your system is dirty, do this. Before you take your pee test, drink a galon of water. after like your first two pisses, it should be nothing but water.
I had a friend one time on probation and he told me this trick. Because I used to smoke weed with him all of the time and I asked him how does he pass his tests. And this is what he told me. But he was also into lifting a lot of weights, so he had hardly no body fat. And that is where the thc is stored. So it might work for you or not. But it did work for him. And golden seal and all of those other products found in GNC can be detected. Don't waste your time.

Depends on your legal system and your probation officer. More than likely the answer is yes. If you are on probation, you are not supposed to be around anyone with a questionable reputation. This leaves alot of room for "messing up." The best thing to do is to stop using. Don't wake up one day to find you are 40 years old and done nothing with your life. Don't wake up one day to suddenly figure out: "Hey I have a problem with addiction." It is not a very fun feeling at all. Stop now.

Don't worry about it. You're in California. Anything goes there and it's suspicious if you don't use drugs or are hooked up. From the Federal govo, beat cop or scuzzball panhandler and everything in between everybody's into something. Including the ' kiddie theater ' they throw up to try to look like normal people. Besides. The way you worded this you don't sound like a problem. You'd have a problem making it to the bathroom. So no sweat.
Repeat: NOBODY - in California, is straight. Stupid question, dudely! Really. C'mon you know better.

Too much missing information to know for sure. Is probation for a drug-related charge? Was "no drug or alcohol use " a condition of your probation? Is this the first probation violation, or just one in a long line of missed appointments and failures to follow-through on court-ordered obligations?
If it is an isolated dirty UA in a person's clean record on probation, the consequences are different than if it is just the latest in a hit-parade of delinquent behaviors. Revocation of probation is a multi-faceted thing and is rarely done lightly.

Probably. Especially if it was part of the court's agreement with you and your lawyer. It's not a good idea to get caught with drugs in your system or on your person while on an agreement with the court system to stay away from them and if you are on probation. Good luck ! :)

Illegal drugs are a violation of probation aren't they? Then I would say most definitely yes (unless your p.o. is crooked and on the take, who knows in CA).

in a heartbeat in most cases especially if the PO you have has already let you try a rehab. It shows them that you are not trying to fix your problems.
What most po officers do not seem to understand is that when your family and friends do the stuff it is next to impossible to quit. The thing that is hardest is that you have to parole out to the same place you got into trouble WHICH gives you little chance of changing your situation.
