I have a normal regimen of walking 6 days a week and 3 days a week I do an hour long pilates program. Is a break alright every so often? I am beating myself up over this.

absolutely! If you are feeling very tired, your body is trying to tell you something. Taking a day off every once in awhile is not going to throw things off too terribly. Thats why its important to exercise regularly, so that you can take a break once in a while!

Its ok to take a break from it, but not for too long. Also if you think you are doing too much give yourself a break. Cut it in half for a little bit. But then you will realize that you need it because you body is gonna miss all of the activity. You will notice a difference.

Of course its OK, a break from exercise can even be healthy. Just don't take a really long break-it can be hard to get started again!

You should definitely take a break from your workout program. The last thing you want to do is wear youself out or become injured by overuse.

Yeah it's good to skip a day or two. Skipping a day of exercise gives your muscles and body a chance to recover and rest from all the exercise from the previous days.
