Your overcooking it. I have had the same problem especially with thinner steaks. Thicker steaks work better. You can try placing them in a marinade overnight (you can search the web for one that sounds good) but the main problem is that you have no temperature control with the Foreman Grill so you have to be very careful about cooking times. Don't forget to take it off early to let carryover finish cooking it and let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting into it or all the juice will run out.

My own experience with the Foreman has been the you have to keep a close eye on what you're cooking. Remember that the grill is designed to let the grease run off. The risk of drying is built in. Vigilance is key.

The whole point of a George Foreman grill is too cook out the grease. The meat is going to be drier, but to keep it from getting too dried out, dont cook it too long.

Throw George in the trash and get a real grill. No, seriously, your probably cooking the meat too long.

Could it be that you're cooking the meat or chicken too long? I've made chicken on the grill and it turned out fine, but I used thin boneless chicken cutlets that cooked quickly.

I have found that as you grill it, pout a little bit of water over it and it will help with it not being so dry.

I know, I would tip the bottom upward to save my grease until my steak or chicken are done. Or stop using it and go back to old school.

Make your self a sauce. My hubby has a great one that makes everything juicy. Try a little butter, some soy sauce, lemon juice, pickle juice, liquid smoke. just experiment a little, or you can find some in your local grocery store, you don't want a marinade.

It comes out dry because it's not thawed enough and if you put it on a hot surface it will suck out all the moisture too quickly. Then it will taste like dry ***.
