How can I lose ten lbs. in 7 days without much exercise? I have recently started dating a guy and his sister is getting married in a week. I havent' had time to prepare, nor do i have time to hit the gym...any suggestions besides just not eating to drop this extra weight?

You aren't going to drop 10 pounds in 7 days, especially without exercise. Buy some good support garments instead.

ONLY EATING VERY LIGHTLY....AND JOGGING MAKES THIS RAPID A WEIGHT LOSS IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME

sure, eat what you would normally eat, but throw away 40% of each thing you eat. So, don't eat an entire hamburger, the entire serving of fries, etc. Also, don't eat any fast food. Eat a lot of salads. Do NOT drink any sodas. Drink LOTS of water and then MAYBE you will lose 10 pounds in a week.

To make sure you lose 10 pounds in a week, you really would need to do a lot of cardio...if you could just wake up a half hour earlier and run for 20 minutes every day in addition to watching your diet, you would see a 10 pound loss for sure...

well.. this involves not eating.. but it IS healthy...

do the lemonade detox or the grape diet

grape diet: only eat grapes and drink water

lemonade detox:

mix
6-8 oz water
1-2 TBSP of Lemon juice
1-2 TBSP PURE maple syrup
dash of cayenne pepper

drink liberally all day long

or, if you have the money.. go get a body wrap done at a spa.. it usually takes a series of 3 to lose that much though

spend some time in a sauna or steam room also.. good luck

To really lose ten lbs. in 7 days you would have to eat
the exact proportion of protein, carbohydrates and fats for your body type. ( Maybe 50% protein, 30% fat 20 percent carbohydrates) and You would have to run, bike ride and lift weights all in a specific program , just for you, so that you do not just lose 10 lbs of water ( which is impossible because water doesn't weigh that much) You would have to lose ideally 8 lbs of fat, 1 pound of muscle and 1 pound of water- and then by lifting weights , put back that 1 lb. of muscle mass, therefore you would have to lose 11 pounds and then gain 1.

I lost 9 pounds a week by just eating raw fruits and vegetable and only drinking water no fat or grease or cooking. I also went on 30 min. Walks everyday and in the night for a total of an hour a day of exercise try this you will be happy and instead of salad dressing use lemon. No salt.

YOU BIG DUMMY !!! YOU CAN'T lose that much that fast without harming yourself.

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods
