I cant seem to have 'real'questions answered! If someone asks a really obscene or 'just plain wrong' kind of question, it is answered by more people than i can count! Anyone else have this same problem? I am just curious because i am just starting to use this site and i am very seriously considering giving it up. I will probably get plenty of responses just because i might have stepped on someones feet! Thanks ahead for your replys.

thats because there's a lack of intelligence in the system. most answers can be found by searching them :-/
i understand what youre talking about though. you ask a serious question. people blow it off. but if you ask something like "is drinking a bottle of vodka then driving around little children a good idea?" youll get oodles of answers.

Actually I just asked my first question and I have gotten some really good answers. I am very impressed and thankful! Honestly this site should be viewed as entertainment but you can get some great leads! Try to be open minded and hang in there. I believe there are some intelligent people out there answering questions...maybe not all of them...but there are lots!

I haven't had a problem getting answers to real questions. I think most on this site would prefer to answer a real question than some of the ones that are just plain stupid or not really questions at all.

I haven't been using this site for very long either. Real question do get answered and alot of jokes and garbage questions are asked and answered too. it's the same as a chat room just a different format. Don't get discouraged. some questions are just better asked in person to another person.

Just like in real life, someone will always try to ruin a good thing. Just be diligent and patient with your questions and over look those who make a joke out of everything.

yes i have the same problem..but don't let that stop u their r plenty of people out here that would appreciate ur advice and ur questions .. so don't let others who have nothing to do but be smart. from stopping u from enjoy this site ..I'm still here and believe me they r some crazy answers out here...good luck and don't give up..

I have seen lots of serious questions answered too. (Along with all the jokes.) Keep trying. :) But this obviously isn't the BEST place for help overall. Try a trusted friend, teacher, pastor, etc.

I agree with you 100%...I even ask a serious question and I get sexual answers back....But, there are some really good people on here and they do give helpful tips.

Frustrating isn't it? On the other hand three "real" questions are not a huge number especially if they are a bit technical.
