Somthing that supports all the avi and mpeg ect. Auto Converts to Dvd formats. And skips tracks not scene.

There are so many options here, but I strongly recommend you the Nero Express 6 - DVD Handycam... not only you can format your movie as you require, but as well you can edit it completely before burning in an amazing - easy way to make that video seem like a pro work!
Try on www.download.com and go to Video and Video Software... you may find some really nice help there and maybe even free programs to do what you wanna do with the movie in your PC memory...

I use nero. It converts my avi files to dvd then burns them to dvd. Very handy program. The exact program that does it is called nero vision express 3. You can make your dvd menus and everything. I think its a bit pricey though. Im not to sure. I got a free full copy when i purchased my high end video card and dvd burner. Check the link i left for some more information. Goodluck!!!
