how long does it take for HOODIA to work?

i took ittoday but it didnt do anything for me. i took it 1 hour before lunch and i still ate just as much! Does it take a few days? help please

the first couple of days it didnt do anything for me then I started noticing a difference when there was food piling up in the fridge lol...so I think it takes a few days

It does stop you from eating. It just stop you from feeling so hungry between meals. You have to cut back on you own. I lose 30 lb. and it helped, but I had to chose to eat less. It just didn't let my suffer with hunger pain.
