Between 12 - 24 ounces of whole cows milk per day. Any more than that, and the child can develop an iron deficiency.

my daughter just had her one-year checkup and her pediatrician told me she should have four 4 oz. servings of milk a day, and if she won't take that much milk i should try to supplement her diet with yogurt, cheese, and other dairy products.
