I`ve expierimented in making wine out of fruit and sugar and yeast and I`ve noticed sometimes it seems to have a much higher content of alchohol then other times. How can I make this stuff really strong. (like I`m trying to paralyze a moose or something)

More sugar and longer fermentation means more alcohol. The problem is, fermentation eventually stops because the yeast can only tolerate a certain alcohol percentage. Beer yeasts can usually tolerate up to around 5% before they crap out, and wine yeasts around 15%. There are specialized wine yeasts that can tolerate up to 21% but they're not very commonly available. The only way to raise alcohol content beyond what the yeast will tolerate is by distillation. However, distilling your own alcohol at home is illegal in the US.

The longer the yeast have to live on the sugars the more alcohol they produce but each batch of yeast is different. You also want to be careful because alcohol with too high a proof can be illegal or dangerous.

the technique defined contained in the first submit is used to develop the alcohol concentration of the perfect beer. It starts out at 4 - 5% alcohol, and after ice filtering is 5% - 6.5% alcohol, counting on brewery.

Add juice concentrate and pitch champagne yeast in the batch. It'll come out very dry and taste like ****, but I doubt that you'll care.
