I don't know where Casa Grande is... but I got married in Arkansas at 17 and we just had to have one of my parents sign for the marriage certificate. I think in most states you just need a parent's approval. Hope this helps.
Oh and by the way, I don't regret it. We've been together for 8 years, an have 2 wonderfu kids. I know that sometimes things don't work out, but sometimes they do.

It depends on the state more than the city. The laws of the state supersede the chapel rules.

Check the cities laws, but from what I know, most of the U.S., if your under 18 need a parents signature or a court document showing your emancipation.

I strongly advise against that. However, here are the rules:
Under 18:
If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must have the notarized consent of your parents or legal guardian. If you are under 16, you must have the notarized consent of your parents or legal guardian as well as a court order.

Why are you rushing this? You have your whole life ahead of you. Take you time, live your life, get an education, start your career. You are going to need a good job to support kids if it doesn't work out between you. Besides, if he is serious and truly loves you he will wait.
