I am doing a presentation about communities that live alternative lifestyles (hippies). If anyone knows about any environmental-friendly community with a special interest in construction please let me know.

There are a few but they tend to flame out and turn into ghost towns in a couple of years, as people return to their real object of modern worship, cable television.

There's a gippo camp up the road from us, they live in caravans and stink too, only difference is ginger hair and wellies. I can supply further details if required.
