God is omnipresent yes. This means he has the ability to be in more than 1 place at one time. He is in the present and the future right now. He is with me and all other believers right now. He is in the United States and Africa right now.
God would not be in hell for multiple reasons and I think you know that. One being that He is without sin, perfect. Always was sinless, always is and always will be. Another is the fact that hell is eternal seperation from God, so God would obviously not be in hell.

Yes, I believe that God is omnipresent. Is He in hell right now? I don't know that it matters or not. I suppose if He wanted to be there He could.

No serious question about God should offend any real Theist or Christian.
Good question, though; a real thinker.
Christians believe He is everywhere with no exceptions, including Hell.
Remember thought that He is a spiritual being, not physical, so He can be in Hell and not feel the pain and torment the human souls there feel.
That being said, His presence is more powerful and ... present ... in some places than others, with Heaven being the place He is most prominently present and Hell being the place He is least present.

The classic representation comes from Hinduism. 5 blind adult men encountered an elephant. at the same time as they later defined the elephant to a passer by technique of each and every blind guy concept that the others were loopy! Why? because the first felt the trunk, the second one felt an ear, The 0.33 felt a leg, The fourth felt the elephant's section and The fifth felt the elephant's tail.

God has no limitations. He can be any where at any time, everywhere at all times. I'm sure God is fully aware of everything that happens in hell. To me that doesn't put any kind of negative image on Him.

He is omnipresent but not in physical form but he observes everything from his perspective and if he pleases he can take form and be anywhere.
