Chocolate: accept no substitute!
Yes, I know what you mean; I, also, crave it at all times. I've tried limiting myself, and wind up being miserable.
I've decided to rationalize this by imagining that there is some secret, unknown benefit to chocolate, and that I am only obeying an urgent message from deep in my body.

Believe it or not studies have shown that chocolate is actually good for women and it is something that their bodies need. If you are craving it that badly, then you are missing something in your diet that the chocolate provides.
Interestingly enough, our cravings come from needing a specific vitamin or mineral, and we associate that with specific foods of course.
My suggestion is that if it is seemingly an abnormal amount that you are eating or you can't seem to cut the cravings after having some chocolate, then you might be experiencing a more serious type of deficiency and need to speak with your doctor about it.

It may sound simple to do it with willpower. That never worked too good for me. It is the won'tpower that does it for me. I just decide that I wont do something. If you are stubborn enough, that will do it. Finding alternatives is key to having succces in this area. Best wishes!

eat cocoa puffs. it's a cereal and has cocoa, what's in chocolate, but it's healthier for you and it'll make you want to eat more grain foods.you'll move away from the chocolates.
