About how much does a catscan/MRI of the brain cost, and how old do you have to be?

The cost really varies. My son started having CT scans done at the early age of 5 days old. They have to give a sedative to the little ones. I believe his averaged 1 to 2K.

In Illinois, $1000-2000. No age minimum, but you do need a doctors order.

In India it costs about 6to 8 thousand rupees.Age is no bar, it is the need for which it is being done.
