Muslims sacrifice animals in remembrence of Hazrat Ibrahim. Is this practice followed by Christians and Jews as they too recognise him as prophet or something like that.

I'm Jewish and my people used to sacrifice animals. The practice was only done in the Temple in Jerusalem. However, the Temple was destroyed, so there's no place where the practice would be permitted. If the Temple is rebuilt, however, I doubt that the practice would continue. Nowadays, animal-sacrificing is considered cruel.

No, Christians believe that Jesus Christ was the last ultimate sacrifice for all time. They believe there is no need for any other sacrifices. Jewish sacrifices are to be performed in the temple by a Levite priest. Since the temple was destroyed, they cannot offer sacrifices until it is rebuilt. The Bible does say that the temple will be rebuilt and that they will offer sacrifices again.
