Try some tinted moisturiser that you would normally put on your face, look for one that is for sensitive or dry skin and has no perfume.

Dr. Wheatgrass Recover Cream works really well on eczema and a host of other skin issues. It's cream/spray derived from organically grown wheatgrass. These products work wonders and is very effective. Dr. Reynolds invented the product and has been successfully treating this patients since 1995 with these products. As far as allergic reactions go, this product is made from wheatgrass, the same thing that bread is made of. It's also gluten free. I believe it's approved for people of all ages (from infants to adults) because it's a natural product. You can check out his website for more information and testimonials.

Besides seeing your dermatology's and using their treatments and time there is not much you can do. Eucerin works well use the kind that comes in a jar and is thick like paste and my son is also on a medicated cream called Mimyx and that work very good.
Good luck to you

unfortunately I think not. I had very bad hands about 20 yrs ago. (Worked in a kitchen in a nuring home & detergents were to harsh on my hands) I had an ointment to put on with gloves at night - but during the day, I was to put nothing on them & let them heal. It may not be pretty to look at, but healing your hands is more important than how they look.

a colonic rinse flushes away bacteria that is constantly absorbed into the blood stream. we all have about 10 lbs of fecal inside us at all times!

getting a rinse will instantly make you feel and look healthier. talk to your Dr.
