It can vary quite a bit depending on the job demand in your area. A typical wage would be $6/hr. Range between $5.50-$7.50 starting out, but the high end of that range is only in areas where they're really desperate.

I'd guess minimum wage or just above that. I'm not even sure what minimum wage is these days but I know it's not enough to live on your own - America at it's best!

I worked at Mickey D's in high school about 7 years ago. I made 8.00/hour, but I was a shift manager.

An hour is like 8 dollars if you have been working there before and you know what you are doing and if you are new like 6.75$ an hour.

it is minimum wage, but a good place to start building your resume. just make sure that you stick it out for over a year at least...it will make you look responsible to future employers which will increase your value to them ....then you will get offered more money.

Right now, in New Orleans, they are paying up to 15.00 an hour plus weekly bonuses. They are so desperate for people, but I don't know where you live.

Wow. No offense, but, you gotta be a real lowlife to work one of those fast food joints. I've seen how those guys are in hundreds of places. Don't do it. Help your mom find something else. Nobody should have to work one of those low life dives. The ' customers ' ain't much of an improvement either! You got my sympathy for sure.
