i work in a place where everybody is always looking to pass their frustations on me my boss is always looking fo rsomethin to criticise like right now she closede the door in my face it's nit that she's so beautiful to look at but i had a work question i already loathe her with a passion but i have to live with the ***** how do i get rid of my accumulated anger and hatred without causing bodily harm to anyone i get so angry i feel lilke exploding no sermons please

just smile at her as much as u can...u no i v heard this quote from someone--> 'smile..it confuses people'...and it sure does..big time...the best thing u can do when someone is pissing u off is to smile and be friends with them...cause then they cant stand the fact that u r not reacting to their stupid behaviour...but then they can't do anything to u cause all u r doing is smiling and act friendly lol it works believe me..and think about it..she is ur boss...just go 'i have to keep calm cause she is my boss..i ll make friends with her and i ll kick her b@tt when the time comes"

Write down your feelings in a journal. Go for a walk or run. Find a neutral third party to talk to about what is going on.

Notice I didn't give you a sermon!!

Go in the bathroom and do a primal scream. Then walk out like nothing happened, or with a big grin on your face. It works wonders.

I don't think there is only one safe outlet for your anger.

You have to find what works for you. You can see a therpist, exersise, pray, meditate, scream into a pillow, watch sad girl movies, girls night, medication, etc....or a combination of things

Pick up a sport. It's a very good way to get that anger out of your system.

Try swimming.......if u can, go a little far from town and smash things up into the woods or something. The smashing action will relieve your frustration.

counseling might help you to learn to not let it bother you as much. unfortunately people tend to take there anger out on other people, you have a chance to break the cycle. you wouldnt want to inadvertently take it out on your friends or family. you also might want to consider looking for a new job, you deserve to be treated better. good luck

play office pranks on her...tape the connect button down on her phone then call her #....when she picks it up and sez hello.....the phone will still ring ....take her car keys and hide them somewhere in the office
