2 minutes, circular motion starting at the gum, don't brush too hard and use a softer brush. Ideally, brush after every meal, but morning and night is the norm.

Good for you- it's great to take care of your teeth and keep healthy!
You should brush at least twice a day - after breakfast and before bedtime. If you can, brush after lunch or after sweet snacks. Brushing properly breaks down plaque. More times a day, the more you can help.
Brush all of your teeth, not just the front ones. Spend some time on the teeth along the sides and in the back. Brush away from your gums.
Take your time while brushing. Spend at least 3 minutes each time you brush. If you have trouble keeping track of the time, use a timer or play a recording of a song you like to help pass the time.
Be sure your toothbrush has soft bristles (the package will tell you if they're soft). Ask your parent to help you get a new toothbrush every 3 months. Some toothbrushes come with bristles that change color when it's time to change them.
Learn how to floss your teeth, which is a very important way to keep them healthy. It feels weird the first few times you do it, but pretty soon you'll be a pro. Slip the dental floss between each tooth and up along the gum line. The floss gets rid of food that's hidden where your toothbrush can't get it, no matter how well you brush.
It's also important to visit the dentist twice a year. Besides checking for signs of cavities or gum disease, the dentist will help keep your teeth extra clean, and he or she can help you learn the best way to brush and floss.
It's not just brushing and flossing that keep your teeth healthy - you also need to be careful about what you eat and drink. Remember, the plaque on your teeth is just waiting for that sugar to arrive. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink water instead of soda. And don't forget to smile!

There is not really a minimum for time to brush your teeth, but make sure each side of each tooth is brush a minimum of 10 times. So the front side (vestibular) 10 times, the top (occlusal or incisal edge) 10 times, and the back (lingual or palatal) 10 times. Don't forget to floss to get the other 2 sides (interproximal). Use a mouthwash afterwards. Get cleaning every 6 months along with a prophylaxis. You should ideally brush after each meal, so 3 times a day.

It is recommended to brush for at least 4 minutes. You can think of it as the time elapsed during an average song. So turn on the music and start brushing. :)
It's best to brush after every meal, but it will do just fine it you brush thoroughly in the morning and in the evening. Also don't forget about your tongue, brush it's surface because bacteria deposits there too.
The use of mouthwash is very important.

Brush from 3 to 5 minutes 2 times a day. Make sure to floss in between every tooth. Listerine prevents gum disease.
The best advice I can give you is to go to the dentist! It may suck but it's well worth it to save your teeth.

2 minutes, 2-3 x day.
Rinse with an anti-gingivitis anti-plaque rinse like Listerine or Crest Pro Health.
FLOSS DAILY>>>>that's probably the biggest one!
Rinse your mouth with water after any sweets or fruit, it helps get the sugar off your teeth that likes to sit and cause decay.
