Appropriate weight is calculated more by height once you hit adulthood...she or you can type "height weight" into a search engine (no quotes) and find sites that have calculators or charts that will give the average weight range for varioius heights for both men and women...
I'd venture to say, no matter how tall she is, that probably 150-something or so would be an upper end of the weight scale...if she's under 5'6" then I'd bet 120's would be her average (guessing from memory)...
I think it's probably safe to say she could lose half her current weight, and be in the ballpark of a healthy weight for her...
