Ok well im in upper 6th form, nearly 18. But hes in lower 6th and only 16. Is it wrong?

well i dont' know what upper 6th and lower 6th form is but my boyfriend is 1 yr 3 mons younger than me. and we are perfectly happy.

Age isn't anything but a number. If you like each other and have a good time together or are attracted to each other, that's all that matters. Who cares what anyone else thinks. Do what makes you happy.

It is fine. It is only two yrs. If he likes you and you like him then there is no reason the two of you can not socialize. As long as your parents are ok with it.
