MY Mom made this toffee at Christmas time that was Delicious. She would put dark chocolate chips on it while it was still warm and then spread the melted chips over the toffee. When it cooled off she broke it into pieces and we ate it up.

love fudge but toffee is better....fudge melts quickly and is gone in seconds....toffee is harder and you can savor the flavor longer...
