If it has always been like this, I recommend starting the foreplay yourself. It sounds like he just jumps on ya and starts going...the next time around, take control of everything and create the opportunity for oral and whatever; for instance, he's basically forced to give you oral if you're straddling him or in a 69.

We men do sometimes tend to rush things in the bed. We don't always mean to, but when the other brain is ummmm "at attention" we tend to listen to him more then we should. You need to tell him what feels good and what don't. Tell him you want him to go down on you. Let him know when he's doing the right thing.... I'm sure he wants to make you just as happy as you make him... He just needs to hear it so he can take back some control of his unit. You'll both be happier... whoa.......tell him slow down.....or next time you can take control of the situation......like for instance....let's say you just enjoyed a movie, dinner etc....and you are on your way back to the house....start kissing him passionately in a public but not too public place......he will be forced to touch you and rub you because you guys can not do the do......by the time you get back to the place foreplay was done....so this should set the stage for the future......hope this helps.....

Hey may be the type of person that only gives if receiving..................which the fact that he doesn't do anything at all kind of sets him off as a jerk.
