Short answer: find a new job.

Slightly longer: you might check to see if there are any "reasonable" accommodations your employer might be able to make (and might be required by law to make) -- moving your workspace, improving ventilation, etc.

I have to agree with getting a new job or at least a new department: You can't keep a mask and gloves on all the time, and the fumes would still get to any exposed skin.
