Hmm. Although thinking about the question of sex may be important to you, i think that what you should be thinking about is the stability of the relationship. One interesting thing is that older men like younger women. But, women often tend to like younger men as well. So, something to think about is what it is you have that this woman is interested in. What is it about you that she likes/loves?
Is it enough to keep her with you forever or is there foresight that in 20 years she may be looking for someone younger?
I personally would cut the chain and let her go. She may not want to get married for five years, meaning you would be 47.
