I want to slim my arms and shoulders, but always seem to get that buff look when I try. Any tips?

If you dont workout your upper body and just do cardio like running, jogging, or walking and watch your starch and complex carbs you should be able to shed the weight. Its impossible to spot train to lose weight. Your shoulders and arms may just be like that due to genetics. When you lose weight you will lose weight all over and there isn't anything you can do about it. I think an athletic build is sexy and you shouldn't get down on yourself because of it. I'm sure there are women who wish they had your problem.

Hi Brandy,

Diet and training techniques. Diet I recommend a low fat, low carb, high protein. Training: Tae Bo, Step Aerobics. Weight training should consist of 2 sets of 15 reps with a fast tempo (1 second up/1 second hold/1 second down.

Thank you,

You have estrogen to keep you from buffing up. Do whatever you want to in the way of excercise. For us it just burns fat and does very little to build muscle.

Cardio, jogging/running (swimming is good but too much leaves you with big shoulders)
