Why is everybody putting her down? I mean she shouldn't have a child if she cant afford one. Sometimes things happen that you have no control over. Like a relationship ending, or losing a job etc.. Until you have been there, why do you people judge?
Anyway there are different programs in different states. They usually are for low income families and they pay for part as do you. It depends on your income the amount will have to pay.
Call your local Social Service department and they should be able to help you.

You can check with your local Social Services or Children's Services department. They will have a listing of centers in your area who make take subsidized funds (such as from welfare or GAIN) where while you are working they will pay for your childcare (but this is only during the days and times that you work). If your child qualifies for any special services through the school district due to a disability of some type, then you may also qualify for free childcare to help have their needs met. Head Start is also an option, but again, you must meet qualifications (low income, disability) in order to get in. Head Start does have a sliding income scale, so even if you don't qualify for completely free, you may only have to pay a portion based on your income. A few non-profit centers in your area may also have a sliding income scale, but none that are set up as for-profit will probably have this (as you can guess, it is because they are trying to make a profit from your child's attendance). Other than those, the only other options are having a family member or close friend watch your child.

So what you are saying is that you want to put what should be your most prized possesion into the hands of someone that you don't want to pay? Yeah that sounds like a great idea.
sell your computer and stop paying for internet access spend the time that you are on the computer working at a real job and then you should be able to afford childcare.

put them in child care, if your child is potty trained it shouldn't be hard to find a childcare place and usually it's free. If your receiving public assistant, they pay for it. if all else fails look in the internet.

State has a program that is meant for low-income people who qualify. They will pay most of it for you, but you do have to pay a co-pay.
