My girlfriends 18 yr old daughter was partying while we were sleeping (around 2am until 4 am.) I was not aware of this but my girlfriend was. If one or all the kids got hurt (driving home) would I be held responsible because the house is in my name, or would my g/f be responsible since she knew what was going on?

sadly it boils down to what you have to take ,if you got deep pockets someone will try to empty them ,if you got nothing to take they can't get blood from turnip-this holds true for public officals and ambulance chasers alike.minors drinking on your property then driving home is like showing off your new BAR OF IVORY IN PRISON SHOWER!

you would be you are the owner of the house .Also what state do you live in ?, I would check with an attorney and see what they say but i am pretty sure you would be responsible. Why is an 18 yr old still lliving at home and being allowed to party in your home ? No way would that happen in mine!!!

You might not be held responsible by the authorities, but you can all three be sued by their families. The owners of several bars were sued where I went to college because two girls were in an accident many hours after they had left, it caused a change in the state law.

Should a host be responsible if they know a guest has become impaired at their house? It depends on the state. You are talking about negligent host statutes.
