How many steps does it have to be away for you not to object?
It is because the fourth dimension is always where we are, but we cannot access it. Eternity is less than a step away, but we, being bound, are not able to enter it just now.

I don't understand your question. Do you mean between death and your reward at resurrection? There are two rewards. One is the reward of eternal life which the saints (Rev 12:17; 14:12; 22:14) only have a stake in. And two; the reward of the wicked, including Satan and his evil angles, is the reward of eternal DEATH, from which there is NO resurrection, neither will they be remembered any more. Because God WILL make it as if they had NEVER BEEN!
