No, I'm not gay. No, I am not close to being a virgin and yes I have great sex all the time. BUT, all the answers are so generic. "it is like giving a person a peace of you"???
"It is the closest you can get to someone"????? That is stuff your father told you cause he could imagine his daughter gettin it on. I also wouldn't want my daughter doing that at all. She is my princess. I am not trying to be a crack here or a jack a ss. I just dont see the big deal. it is only sex. as long as you are safe what is the problem?

Because it isn't "only sex". It is the ultimate in intimate communication between two people. Don't be surprised when your 14 year old pregnant daugther tells you "I don't see the big deal, it's only sex."

I agree with you...if you can draw a line between emotion and "just sex" it shouldn't be a problem. The problem is when one person wants more than just sex. If you make your intentions perfectly clear before the sex happens and both parties agree then I don't see why you cant just have sex.

There is no problem and I am glad that you are being safe, but you have to remeber that women and men view sex very differently. We attach emotions to sex and while men may see it as many differnt things like fun, harmless, and special. Women may just see it as special. It doesn't mean that we don't like it to be fun, wild, kinky, and dirty, but if we can do this with people we love to us it's just that much better.

I agree with you. Personally, I don't see what all the fuss is about having sex...It is just a physical act to procreate--that's it. But for some reason, let's blame Hollywood, it is glamorized as a wonderful event...Okay...whatever.

Why are you only willing to accept opinions that agree with you???
If your willing to allow your daughter to spread herself around "as long as shes safe", thats your business. But dont ask for opinions then chastise those you dont like.

That's your opinion. See you're completely discounting any other opinion on the subject. Some people just feel differently than you. You aren't going to convince them otherwise on Y!A.

I understand where you are coming from. I believe that sex is sex but being intimate with it is something that is unexplainable.
