You need to make a short list of what you want in a girl not just superficially . If you meet someone with all of those qualities so what if you overlook other things.

Two recommendations:
1) Quit attempting to make a judgment of perfection so quickly. You seem to have a list of qualities that makes a girl a perfect match for you. And if she matches a few of them, you rush to judgment that she will match the rest. It is not realistic. Getting to know someone will take time--a lot of time. Slow down and enjoy the experience of getting to know someone, and appreciating them for who they are.
2) Quit seeking perfection. Trying to put a girl up on a pedestal of perfection is unfair to her. She cannot help but fail to meet your expectations. Be realistic in your expectations.
That said, if there is something you find extremely bothersome (anger issues, controlling issues, rudeness), get the hell out of the relationship.
