Im not quite sure what you mean but brandy can go bad after a long period of time but it takes about 3 to 4 months sitting with a bar pourer on it. Not with its cap on. capped will last longer of course.

Nope, not if the cap is kept on.
If left *open* for a while, the alchol will evaporate away and some of the flavors may oxidise and deteriorate, but it won't go "bad" per se.
